My name is Cassandra also known as Cassie! I am the Founder and Director of Aesthetics By Cassie & Lips And Drips Aesthetics Lounge. I have 10 years of nursing experience in the Critical Care sector and the Emergency Department.
Initially, I was inspired to get started in the aesthetics industry from my mother who is an experienced Registered Nurse and Aesthetic Nurse in the USA. She is a firm believer in the combination of physical health and aesthetic treatments that allows one to not only be their best self but also reflect that feeling in their physical appearance.
My passion lies in enhancing facial features and restoring a more youthful appearance to help clients feel more confident and beautiful. With great respect for human anatomy and safety, I ensure to take a measured approach when treating my clients to establish the most natural-looking results with the highest degree of safety and reliability.
Throughout my experience in cosmetic injectables I have held myself accountable for keeping up to date with the latest training and ongoing education. This allows me to continue delivering the best results possible for all my clients.
My vision is to take a holistic approach to cosmetic injectables. We will continue to offer more services and combine treatments to integrate aesthetics and mind/body wellness.

I’m a Registered Nurse and cosmetic injector based in Adelaide, and aesthetics has become a part of my career that I’m incredibly passionate about.
My journey into aesthetics came from wanting to combine my nursing background with my love for the detail, precision and artistry involved in facial aesthetics. But over time, it has grown into something much more meaningful to me.
While I primarily work within aesthetics, I have intentionally continued to maintain a position within the hospital setting. For me, staying connected to clinical nursing is important. It allows me to continually maintain my broader clinical skills, knowledge and ability to care for patients across different environments. I believe being a good injector goes far beyond knowing how to perform a treatment. It requires strong clinical judgement, an understanding of anatomy, patient assessment and the ability to recognise and respond to risk.
Becoming a mum has also changed the way I see my career.
My daughter, Aleiah, has been one of my greatest inspirations. Motherhood has given me a completely different perspective on time, confidence and the importance of doing something that is meaningful to me. She has motivated me to continue building something I’m proud of while showing her that it’s possible to pursue your ambitions while also embracing the different chapters of life.
Aesthetics has given me the opportunity to create a career that combines my clinical profession with a more creative and personal side of nursing. I love the precision of injecting, the complexity of facial anatomy and, most importantly, the relationships I build with my clients.
I’m continually learning, refining my technique and evolving as both a nurse and an injector. I feel incredibly fortunate to work in a field that allows me to care for people, be creative, continue learning and build a career that aligns with the life I want for myself and my daughter.

Chhampinh is the newest Registered Nurse to join the team at Lips & Drips Aesthetic Lounge, bringing with her over two years of experience in the cosmetic industry.
After completing her Bachelor of Nursing in 2024, Chhampinh went straight into the aesthetics industry, where she has continued to develop her clinical skills, knowledge, and education across a range of cosmetic treatments. Her areas of expertise include injectables, advanced skin treatments, and personalised consultations.
Chhampinh takes a holistic and individualised approach to every consultation, recognising that no two clients are the same. She believes in taking the time to understand each person’s unique needs, goals, and concerns before creating a tailored treatment plan. Her approach is grounded in evidence-based practice, with a strong focus on achieving balanced, natural-looking results that complement each individual’s features.
What Chhampinh loves most about aesthetics is the opportunity to help people feel comfortable, confident, and empowered in their own skin. She is passionate about using injectables, skin treatments, and holistic approaches to enhance each person’s natural features while helping them age gracefully and confidently.
Outside of the clinic, Chhampinh enjoys spending quality time with her family and making the most of the warmer months with camping trips and time outdoors. She brings the same genuine, caring, and personable nature to her work, helping every client feel comfortable, heard, and confident throughout their aesthetic journey.

Hi everyone, I’m Olivia, you can call me Liv! After graduating my nursing degree in 2023 I worked in ICU, I then moved to Emergency within Lyell McEwin, I have now found my passion in cosmetic injectables! I remain working within Emergency and occasionally at the Women’s and children’s hospital ICU.
I love being a nurse because in every area of my job I am able to help people whether that be to get better or look and feel better within themselves!
Having cosmetic injectables done myself with a nurse that made me feel confident, made me want to pursue a career in a similar direction, to help people feel confident and comfortable in their own skin, I love to make people happy and if I can empower people to love themselves and assist in highlighting their beauty and enhance their pre existing features, overall making them look and feel their best! I strongly believe that in being able to feel your best you need to look your best!
I am here to assist you with a variety of cosmetic procedures, including anti wrinkle and dermal filler. My favourite procedure to do in clinic is lip augmentation! I love being able to shape instant results and provide artistic individuality to each client.
A fun fact about me, I have two highland cows (fluffy cows) who love cuddles and brushes! I also have three dogs, and I also recently got engaged!

Hey!
I’m Yasmine, but people call me Yas.
I’ve always loved the beauty industry and the confidence that comes from taking a little time for yourself. One of my favorite things about what I do is helping clients feel refreshed, confident, and comfortable in their own skin.
Some of my favorite treatments to perform are microneedling and lash lifts. I love seeing the transformation these treatments can create. Whether you’re coming in for a treatment you’ve had a hundred times or trying something completely new, my goal is always to make sure you feel comfortable, cared for, and leave feeling your absolute best.
When I’m not in the clinic, you’ll usually find me at Pilates or gym, doing a little shopping, or spending time with my partner and our pets. I’m a huge animal lover and have both a dog and a horse who keep me busy outside of the clinic.
I truly believe that confidence looks different for everyone, and I feel so grateful to be able to play a small part in helping people feel good about themselves. Building genuine connections with my clients is one of the most rewarding parts of my job, and I love creating a welcoming space where everyone feels comfortable and supported.
